摘要
目的探讨提高基层医院基础护理质量的方法。方法将2009年12月~2011年12月入我院住院治疗的160例患者随机分为两组,80例按照传统的护理管理办法实施基础护理,为对照组。其余80例患者依据优质护理服务工程,给予新的基础护理质量控制办法,为观察组。将两组患者医院感染率、不良事件、护理投诉、护理工作满意度以及基础护理质量进行对比分析。结果观察组患者满意度、基础护理质量要明显高于对照组,医院感染率、不良事件数以及护理投诉观察组要明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有效的基础护理质量控制办法,能够显著提高基层医院的基础护理质量。
Objective Discussed the method of improving the quality of basic nursing care in the grass-roots hospital. Methods There 160 cases of patients were treatment in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2009, We divided them into two groups. 80 cases of nursing management in accordance with the traditional way to implement the basic nursing care, the rest of the 80 patients based on high quality nursing service engineering, given new basic nursing quality control measures. Analy- sis of the two groups' hospital infection rates, adverse events, nursing complaints, nursing job satisfaction and basic nursing quali- ty. Results The observation group patients' satisfaction, basic nursing quality significantly higher than those in the control group, the hospital infection rates, adverse events number and nursing complaints group was lower than observation in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The effective methods to control the quality of the basic nursing care can obviously improve the basis of bas- ic-level hospitals the quality of nursing.
