摘要
西部地区正成为我国煤矿建设的重点地区。针对西部地区地质特点,探讨冻结井壁结构的优化途径。单层井壁是适应不稳定岩层的冻结井壁优化结构,但解决井壁漏水问题的技术途径,尚需深入研究。对于双层混凝土复合井壁,外层井壁厚度可按现行规范规定的最小厚度拟定;在不提高混凝土标号的前提下,可按井壁内缘实际的双向应力状态优化设计内层井壁材料强度,但需经过长期监测确定井壁荷载折减系数。
The western region is becoming a focal area of mine construction in China. The feasible optimization of the freezing shaft-wall structure is discussed in view of the features of strata in the western region. The mono-layer structure will be a favorite option, but the water-proof technique is required further improvement. For the double- layer structure of complex cementing shaft, the outer layer may have the minimum thickness according to the current code, and the strength of inner layer may be optimized according to the planar stress at inner wall without upgrading the cement, but the discount coefficient of shaft-wall load must be set by long-term monitoring.
