摘要 Notch信号转导通路是一种进化上十分保守的相邻细胞间的相互作用机制,参与了细胞的自我更新、分化、存活以及凋亡等诸多过程,调控着动物组织和器官的发生、发育和再生。研究表明,在胚胎发育过程中起着关键作用的Notch信号通路在多发性骨髓瘤的发生、发展及转移的过程中起决定性作用,弄清MM的发病机制及提高靶向治疗的针对性,防止耐药已成为研究热点。 Notch signaling pathway was an evolutionarily conserved cell Mechanism that participated in a variety of cellular processes:self-renewal,differentiation,survival,apoptosis.Studies showed that Notch signaling pathway,which played a critical role in the process of embryonic development,mediated the initiation,progression and metastasis of Multiple myeloma(MM).Identify the MM mechanism and improve the relevance of the targeted therapies have become a hot topics.
