六组肠易激综合征大鼠模型的建立及其症状学评价 被引量:9

摘要 目的建立一系列肠易激综合征(IBS)的大鼠模型并作出症状学评价,选出优化模型。方法应用70只新生SD大鼠,随机分为7组:空白组、母分组、束缚组、醋酸组、母分+束缚组、母分+醋酸组、母分+束缚+醋酸组(简称三因素组),空白组不予干预,其余各模型组大鼠在出生后的第2天到21天,每天接受不同影响因素的刺激;通过计算粪便点数的变化、测量大鼠模型腹部回缩反射(AWR)情况来测评各组间肠易激综合征大鼠模型的建设情况。结果在不同模型组别的比较中,双因素组与三因素的腹泻症状、肠敏感性增高等改变比单因素组较明显,多因素组模型优于单因素组。结论运用多种因素建立的大鼠动物模型能够全面地模拟肠易激综合征(IBS)患者的病理生理特征,多因素大鼠模型总体模拟效果优于单因素大鼠模型。 OBJECTIVE To establish a serial of rat animal models of irritable bowel syndrome and to identify the semiology,to choose optimization model.METHODS 70 SD neonatal rats were divided into seven groups randomly.The models were established by separated from mother rat about 3 hours daily in the neonatal 2 days,or binded up mildly and intrarectal administration of acetic acid daily between 8 and 16 days,or rectal distension by self-made dilator;the control group didn′t intervene.After the intervenence,let the rats have a rest for 2 weeks.The threshold of abdominal withdrawal reflex(AWR) was evaluated during rectal distension.To gathered the feces tested the feces′ routine.RESULTS In contrast to the seven groups,the model group showed a significant decrease in the volume threshold of abdominal withdraw reflex during rectal distension;there was a significant increase of abdominal electrical activity responding to different distension pressure comparison with control rats.CONCLUSION The model of rats can imitate the irritable bowel syndromes,and the groups of multiple factors is more similar to the IBS of humans than that in single factor group.
