前列腺素E_1减轻体外循环术后中性粒细胞在肺内聚集的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究前列腺素 E1( PGE1)对体外循环的保护作用。方法 :用健康杂种狗 1 2只 ,分为对照组和实验组 ,建立狗体外循环模型。检测体外循环 ( CPB)后左、右房内丙二醛的含量。结果 :与对照组相比 ,实验组再灌注期中性粒细胞 ( PMN)在肺内聚集程度明显减轻 ,动脉血氧分压显著升高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,实验组肺水含量及肺内丙二醛的含量均较对照组显著降低 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :前列腺素 E1可减轻 CPB引致的 PMN在肺内聚集 ,并减轻由此引致的肺组织损伤。 Objective:To study the effect of prostaglandin E 1(PGE 1) on the neutrophil sequestration within the lung induced by cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) and its protective effects on lung tissue.Methods:Twelve mongres dogs were randomly divided into two groups,control group(C) and PGE 1 group(P).After 60 minutes of CPB and 90 minutes of reperfusion,the neutrophils sequestration within the lung was tested.The changes of arterial partial oxygen in artery pressure of (PaO 2),lung water content,and the LPO MDA in the lung were also observed.Results:During the period of reperfusion,neutrophil sequestration within the lung was much reduced in P statistically( P <0 01 versus C).Compared with the control group,the PGE 1 group showed higher PaO 2 ( P <0 01)with lower MDA contents in the lung tissue( P <0 01).The lung water content within the lung was also reduced in P( P <0 01 versus C).Conclusion:PGE 1 can effectively reduce the neutrophil sequestration within the lung induced by CPB,and so has a protective effect on lung tissue.
