Design of Traction Controller of PVC Decorative Board Extruder

针对目前的大多数生产线的牵引调速控制仍采用继电器控制变频器的多段速运行,没有实现速度连续调整的问题,以AT89C52单片机为控制核心,设计出PVC装饰板牵引控制器,通过对PVC装饰板宽度的检测,来控制牵引设备的速度,达到保证PVC装饰板宽度符合尺寸公差要求的目的。

According to the defects of multi-segment speed operation of traction speed control of many production lines, a PVC decorative board extruder controller is designed based on AT89C52. Through detection of width of PVC decoration board, the traction speed is controlled and the widths size tolerance requirements of PVC decoration board are guaranteed.
