RA患者血清IL-18、IL-1β和MMP-3检测的临床意义

摘要 文献证实,IL-18、IL-1为重要的炎性细胞因子,在机体的免疫和炎症反应中均发挥重要的免疫调节作用。MMP-3是一族锌离子依赖性内源性水解酶,在RA的发病中起着十分重要的作用。本文对RA患者血清IL-18、IL-1和MMP-3进行检测,现将结果报告如下。1资料和方法1.1临床一般资料1.1.1病人组：33人（男13,女20）。均为我院风湿门诊经临床明确诊断的RA患者,其诊断标准符合1987年美国风湿协会（ARA）修订的RA诊断分类标准。且为初诊病例,并排除其它与RA相关性疾病。
