提高研究生思想政治理论课教学实效性的策略研究

The Strategy of Strengthening the Teaching Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theoretical Courses of Graduate Students

思想政治理论课是对研究生进行思想政治教育的主渠道,是培养高素质科学技术人才的重要保障。当前研究生思想政治理论课受多元化的生源组成,与专业课结合不够紧密以及重视程度不够等因素影响,严重制约了教学实效性的提高。本文就如何提高研究生思想政治理论课教学实效性从发挥师生互动、增强实践教学、改革考核方式以及加强隐性教育四个方面进行了全面地探析。

Ideological and political theoretical course is the main approach of ideological and political education for graduate students. It is the important guarantee of cultivating highly qualified and technological person. At present, ideological and politi- cal theoretical course is mainly influenced by the various make - ups of student source, the loose connection with professional course and less importance attached to it. Those factors badly restrict the improving of teaching effectiveness. In order to find out how to improve teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theoretical courses, the author researches roundly from the fol- lowing four aspects： bringing interwork between teacher and student, enhancing practical teaching, innovating evaluation ap- proach and strengthening recessive education.
