摘要
通过对云南白药集团股份有限公司成长路径的案例分析,从五个方面总结了云南白药成长的经验,并得出了如下启示:企业拥有的资源、能力或知识是企业获得持续竞争优势的基础;上市融资只是成长的起点,不是企业追求的终极目标;企业成长,战略先行;改革、创新是突破企业成长瓶颈的必然选择。
Through analyzing the grow path of Yunnan Baiyao Group CO. , LTD. , the writer summed up the its experience to grow up from five aspects and got four inspirations. Firstly, the resources, capability and knowledge are the basis of the company to gain continuous competitive advantage. Secondly, listing and financing is the first step to grow and is not the final goal of the enterprises. Thirdly, in order to gain growth, enterprises should make strategies. Finally, reform and innovation is the inevitable choice to break through the bottleneck of growth.
