摘要 对所研发的生物质定向热裂解液化装置(BDFP)的进料特性和流态化规律进行了试验研究。试验探明了进料载气流速、颗粒粒径、电机转速与进料速率的匹配关系,系统考察了床料单独流化和与生物质颗粒混合流化时的流态化规律。通过优化分析确定,合适的工艺参数范围为:进料载气流量为2.2L/min,电机转速范围为25~100r/min,冷态流化气速范围0.35~0.65m/s,冷态气体流量范围为66.7~125L/min(4.0~7.5m3/h),热态气体流量范围为33.3-58.3 L/min(2.0~3.5m3/h),综合考虑确定热态气体操作流量为45 L/min。 The feeding performance and cold fluidized characteristics of biomass directive fast pyrolysis installation(BDFP) were studied in this paper.It is found that the matching relations between carrier gas flow rate,particle size,motor speed and feeding rate.The fluidization law of bed material and its mixture with biomass particle were also investigated systematically.With the optimization analysis,the appropriate process parameters range were found as follows: flow rate of feeding carrier gas 2.2 L/min,the motor speed range 25-100 r/min,and the fluidized gas velocity range in cold-state 0.35-0.65m/s,the fluidized gas flow rate range in cold-state 66.7-125 L/min(4.0-7.5 m3/h),the fluidized gas flow rate range in hot-state 33.3-58.3 L/min(2.0-3.5m3/h),the operating fluidized gas flow rate in hot-state 45 L/min.
