摘要
以城市污水污泥、稻草和烟煤为原料压制成污泥成型燃料,试验研究了污泥成型燃料的燃烧速率与灰熔点。研究结果表明:成型压力和过量空气系数是影响燃烧速率的主要因素,污泥、烟煤、稻草的配比为0.5:0.45:0.05、成型压力为50kN、炉膛温度为800℃~1000℃、过量空气系数为1.3~1.7时,污泥成型燃料的燃烧速率最快;由于混合了灰熔点较高的烟煤,污泥成型燃料的灰熔点与污泥相比有所提高,但相差不大,约在1250℃左右,其灰分在易溶性和难溶性之间,在锅炉中燃烧时需考虑受热面结渣问题。
With urban sewage sludge,straw and bituminous coal as raw materials,forming the sludge briquette fuel.The experiment studied the burning velocity and ash fusion temperature of sludge briquette fuel.The results show that burning velocity’s major factors are briquette fuel’s forming pressure and excess air coefficient.When the sludge briquette fuel’s ratio of sludge,bituminous coal and straw is 0.5:0.45:0.05,the molding pressure is 50kN,the furnace temperature is 800-1000℃ and the excess air coefficient is 1.3-1.7,the burning velocity is fastest.Due to adding the coal,the ash fusion temperature of sludge briquette fuel is higher than sludge’s with little difference,about 1250℃.It is between soluble and insoluble.Therefore,the problem of heating surface slagging should be considered when burning in boiler furnace.
