高效液相色谱法测定复方地黄合剂中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of the Content of Baicalin in Compound DiHuang Oral Solution by HPLC

目的:建立复方地黄合剂中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为Calesil C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(51∶49),检测波长278 nm。结果:黄芩苷在10～80μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),低、中、高3种浓度的平均回收率分别为99.65%、100.87%、99.23%,RSD分别为0.43%、0.44%、0.44%。结论:该法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于复方地黄合剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method to determine the content of baicalin in Compound Dihuang Oral Solution. Methods： HPLC method was used to carry on the determination. Calesil C18 column （5 μm, 250 mm ×4.6 mm）was used, mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid （51 ： 49 ）, detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results： Baicalin sample size located 10 - 80 μg/L, favorable linear correlation （r = 0. 999 9 ） was showed. The average recovery rates of low, moderate and high concentration were 99.65%0, 100.87% and 99.23% respectively and RSD was 0.43% , 0.44% and 0.44% respectively. Conclusions： The method is convenient and accurate ; meanwhile, it also has a good reproducibility, may be used for quality control of baicalin.
