摘要
为探讨温拌沥青混合料用添加剂对沥青等级的影响,实验室对含Aspha-min与Sasobit添加剂的石油沥青与SBS聚合物改性沥青进行了针入度与PG高温等级试验。试验结果与分析显示:温拌添加剂可以使沥青针入度等级减小,PG高温等级提高。无机合成沸石类添加剂Aspha-min对沥青针入度和PG高温等级的影响可以忽略。以20(0.1 mm)为级差,有机FT石蜡类添加剂Sasobit可以使石油沥青与改性沥青针入度分别降低1~2个等级与1个等级;以6℃为级差,Sasobit可以使石油沥青与改性沥青的PG高温分别提高2个等级左右与2个等级以上。含Sasobit温拌添加剂沥青针入度与PG高温等级存在一定关系,这种关系与沥青种类和老化程度有关,可以用一般化的幂函数表示。
In order to investigate the influence of additives for warm mix asphalt on the grades of asphalt binder, laboratory penetration and high-temperature PG tests were conducted on an unmodified paving petroleum asphalt binder and an SBS polymer modified asphalt binder. The test result and analysis indicate that ( 1 ) warm-mix additive can decrease the penetration and increase the high-temperature PG of asphalt ; (2) the influence of the inorganic synthetic zeolite additive Aspha-min on the penetration and high- temperature PG of asphalt can be ignored; (3) for the grade increment of 20 (0. 1 mm ), the organic Fischer-Tropsch paraffin wax additive Sasobit can decrease the penetrations of unmodified binder and SBS modified binder by 1 - 2 grades and 1 grade respectively ; ( 4 ) for grade increment of 6 ~C , Sasobit can increase the high-temperature PGs of unmodified binder and SBS modified binder by about 2 grades and more than 2 grades respectively; (5) there exist the relation between the penetration and high-temperature PG of the asphalt containing Sasobit, which is related to asphalt type and aging condition and can be expressed using the generalized power function.
