高密度脂蛋白氧化修饰导致抗动脉粥样硬化功能异常 被引量:1

摘要 目前,冠心病患者按公认标准接受他汀类药物强化调脂、控制血压、降低血糖、抗血小板、抗缺血等治疗后,仍残余不同程度的心血管事件风险。流行病学研究显示,HDLC水平与冠心病风险呈负相关,有高水平HDL—C的人群显示出明显低的心血管病风险。众多相关研究表明,HDL通过胆固醇逆向转运、抗氧化、抗炎、改善内皮功能等机制产生抗动脉粥样硬化作用。为了进一步或更全面地防治冠心病,具有抗动脉粥样硬化功能的HDL-C便成为关注热点,
