摘要
企业CEO是对整个组织管理负有全面责任的人,是参与经营管理并领取企业薪酬的高层管理人员。由于历史和政治体制等多方面因素的影响,国内对CEO薪酬的研究相对来说还比较少。本文从两个方面提出如何构建企业CEO的薪酬激励:首先,促进企业CEO薪酬与企业绩效挂钩,不断健全绩效考核体系;其次,薪酬激励应采取长期激励与短期激励相结合。
Enterprise CEO takes responsibility for the organization management, ment and is a senior management personnel with salary paid. Due to its history participates in enterprise manage- and polital system, and the influ- ence of various factors, the domestic research is less on CEO' s salary. This paper, from two aspects, puts forward the building enterprise CEO of salary incentive. First, the enterprise CEO' s salay should be concerned with the en- terprise performance, and the performance evaluation system should be improved. Second, long - term and short - term incentive system should be used.
