摘要
陕甘宁边区实行的三次选举堪称民主政治的典范。1945年选举是最成功的一次,但却很少有人研究。本文拟对陕甘宁边区1945年民主选举的历史背景、特点及意义作进一步的思考和研究。
The election in the Shensi - Kansu - Ningsia Border Region can be rated as the example of democracy. This thesis is a further study of i 945 election in the Shensi - Kansu - Ningsia Border Region, concerning its histori-cal background, feature and significance .
