摘要
提出一种采用少量程序升温脱附(TPD)实验就可以测定较宽温度范围吸附相平衡的方法.该方法基于TPD实验过程中拟平衡的气固相间瞬时动力学模型.采用数值方法对该模型进行求解,通过调整相平衡参数对TPD实验曲线进行拟合,从而计算得到吸附相平衡方程.采用该TPD方法对正己烷在HZSM-5,5A,HY和13X分子筛上的吸附相平衡进行了估算,结果与文献报道结果较为吻合.
A method that enables the calculation of adsorption isotherms in wide temperature range basi cally from a few TemperatureProgrammed Desorption (TPD) experiments is introduced. In the method, a transient kinetic model is established based on quasiequilibrium adsorption/desorption between the gas phase and the adsorbent for the rapid reabsorption during TPD. The model is numerically solved to fit to experimen tal TPD data by adjustment of the equilibrium parameters. Hence adsorption isotherm is calculated. This method was applied to study the adsorption isotherms of nhexane on HZSM5, 5A, HY and 13X zeolites. The results were found in good agreement with literature reports.
