摘要
劳动力市场分割理论强调劳动力市场的分割属性,我国劳动力市场也存在二元分割。高校毕业生的就业定位多数聚集于主要劳动力市场和内部劳动力市场,形成了职位的供不应求,造成大学生毕业即失业的现象。为此应从制度倾斜、学校指引和学生自身认识上扭转这一不良现象。
Labor market segmentation theory emphasizes on the segmentation property of labor market, and our country＇s labor market also has the dual-division phenomenon. Most of university graduates＇ employment orientation gathers in the main labor market and the internal labor market, which resulting in the situation of demand exceeding supply in position and the phenomenon of unemployed graduates. Therefore, we should reverse the adverse phenomenon from the perspectives of preferential policy, school＇s guidance and students＂ understanding
