不同时间窗rt-PA溶栓对糖尿病合并脑梗死大鼠的疗效研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探索不同时间窗rt-PA静脉溶栓对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死大鼠的疗效。方法成年雄性Wistar大鼠90只,体重200g~250g,应用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导大鼠2型糖尿病模型,用血栓栓塞法制备脑梗死溶栓模型,随机分为2h溶栓组(A组),3h溶栓组(B组),4h溶栓组(C组)及对照组(D组),前3组分别在脑梗死后2h,3h,4h应用rt-PA溶栓,对照组给予等量生理盐水。观察大鼠行为学变化,计算脑梗死相对体积,HE染色确定其出血性转化(HT)情况。结果 A组与B组溶栓后24h神经功能缺损程度无差别,但较C组及D组神经功能缺损程度轻,C组与D组神经功能缺损程度无差别;A组与B组溶栓后24h脑梗死相对体积无差别,但较C组及D组面积小,C组与D组神经功能缺损程度无差别。A组与B组溶栓后HT无差别,但较C组溶栓HT低,D组无出血性转化。结论 rt-PA对糖尿病合并脑梗死大鼠有一定的疗效,但应注意把握时间窗。
