This article describes the urban cadastral information management techniques and studies and resolves the key problems. Meanwhile the paper discusses the organization and optimization of configuration management for spatial data, principles and working flowchart of ArcGIS, and the design and implementation of key technologies such as the historical retrospect of the historical library.
