青州市地质矿产管理矿产压覆分析的研究与实现

The Research and Realization of Mineral Pressure Cover Analysis in Qingzhou Geology and Mineral Management

地质矿产管理工作是国土管理的重点,需坚持矿产资源勘查与矿产资源节约利用并重、遏制资源浪费、提高资源综合效益。压覆矿产在一般情况下是不允许开采的,建设项目用地如果会对矿产资源形成压覆,则需要进行矿产压覆分析,查询拟建工程用地范围或规划中建设用地影响范围内矿产资源分布和矿业权设置情况,并将查询结果报省级国土资源部门审核。地质矿产管理系统中,矿产压覆分析是不可缺少的部分。文章通过对青州市地质矿产管理系统中矿产压覆分析方法研究,介绍并展示矿产压覆分析的实现。

Geology and mineral resources management is the focus of land management, we need to pay attention to both mineral re- sources exploration and mineral resources saving, curb the waste of resources, and improve general economic effectiveness. Pressure covered minerals is not allowed to be exploited in normal circumstances. If land used by construction project covers mineral resources, we need to implement pressure cover analysis, query the distribution of mineral resources and mining property rights within the range of land used by projects, and report the query result to provincial level territorial management department for ratification. Mineral pres- sure cover analysis is indispensable to geological mineral management system. This paper demonstrates the realization of mineral pres- sure cover analysis through the study of the method of mineral pressure cover analysis of Qingzhou city geological mineral management system.
