运用问卷调查法对高校体育教育的有效性进行实证研究,探讨了阳光体育运动背景下我国高校体育教育教学质量的提升的影响因素。结论认为,阳光体育运动对我国高校体育教育质量的提升具有一定的积极意义,深入开展阳光体育运动对响应教育部号召以及提高大学生体质健康水平具有应用参考价值。

Using questionnaire method to the university sports education effectiveness for empirical research, Discusses the influence factors ascension of sunlight sports in China under the background of college physical education teaching quality. The conclusion is that, Sunshine sports movement to our country college PE education quality ascension has certain positive meaning, and further investigation in sunshine sports movement has to respond to the ministry of education called on and improve the youngster health level has the application value of reference.
