健康跟踪管理对中青年代谢综合征高危人群生活方式及血脂影响的研究

Study on influence of health tracking management on life style and blood lipid level of high risk of groups with young and middle-aged metabolic syndrome

[目的]探讨健康跟踪管理对中青年代谢综合征(MS)高危人群生活方式及血脂水平的影响。[方法]在新疆慈善医院健康体检中心体检人群随机选取90例中青年代谢综合征高危人群,进行18个月健康跟踪管理,并对跟踪前、跟踪后对该人群的代谢综合征知识知晓率、遵医行为及部分血脂代谢指标进行评价。[结果]通过健康跟踪管理该人群在代谢综合征相关知识、健康生活方式达标率及部分血脂代谢指标与管理前比较均有所改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]健康跟踪管理可以有效地改善中青年MS高危人群的生活方式,提高代谢综合征病人生活质量,延缓相关并发症的发生。

Objective. To probe into the influence of health tracking manage ment on life style and blood lipid level of high risk of groups with young and middle- aged metabolic syndrome. Methods：A total of 90 cases of middle aged individuals at high risk of metabolic syndrome were randomly selected from groups who accepted medical examination in xinjiang charity hospital health medical center. The health tracking management was carried out for them for 18 months, and knowledge awareness, compliance behavior, and some lipid metabolism indicators of the groups were evaluated before and af ter tracking. Results： Through the health tracking management, metabolic syndrome relevant knowledge, compliance rate of healthy lifestyle and some blood lipid metabolism indexes have been improved compared with before management （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Health tracking manage- ment can effectively improve the lifestyle of high- risk group with young and middle aged MS and reduce their blood lipid,and enhance the quality of life of patients with the metabolic syndrome,so as to delay occurrence of related complications.
