摘要
船舶技术的发展和国际公约及国内法规的修订使得高职船舶电气专业人才培养的效果与市场需求之间的偏差较大,为了培养出具有较强国际竞争力的船舶电子电气员,本文对高职船舶电气专业的人才培养方案进行了研究优化。
The development of ship technology and revision of domestic regulations and STCW resulted in the larger gap between the talent market requirements and the talent train- ing effects of marine electricity specialty in higher vocational colleges. To cultivate marine e- lectrical professional with international competitiveness, this essay explores the optimization of the talent training plan of marine electrical professional in higher vocational colleges.
