摘要
本文以元认知理论为指导,分析了元认知策略在微格教学技能训练过程中所起的作用,并通过个案分析阐述了元认知理论对微格教学训练模式和教学技能训练的意义,为微格教学实践提供了一点启示。
Based on meta-cognitive theory, thepaper analyzes the functions of meta--cogni- tive strategies in teaching skills training of microteaching. The result of the case study dem- onstrates that meta-cognitive theory is of great significance not only to the study on the train- ing mode of microteaching but also to the practice of teaching skills training. Therefore, the findings of this paper provide some insights into microteaching practice.
