证据应用过程中护士实践体验的现象学研究 被引量：5

Study on phenomenology of practical experience of nurses during evidence application

摘要 [目的]探索临床护士在参与证据应用过程中的实践体验。[方法]通过现象学研究,采用访谈法,对《住院患者跌倒预防临床实践指南》临床试点科室的18名护士进行个人深入访谈,并对访谈内容运用类属分析法归纳。[结果]护士在证据应用各阶段的实践体验主题为:兴奋与期待、怀疑与思考、抵触与接受、磨合与主动以及分享与反思。[结论]证据应用过程是一个不断发现问题和解决问题的逐渐变革的过程。顶层设计、比对证据、以人为本是证据应用的关键要素。
