老年糖尿病降糖治疗中的低血糖反应及预防

Hypoglycemia and its elderly patients with diabetes during drug treatment

药物性低血糖是老年糖尿病患者降糖治疗中的一种常见的反应 ,由于其临床症状不典型 ,常易误诊而得不到及时抢救 ,造成严重后果。为了提高护理人员识别和预防老年糖尿病患者低血糖反应的能力 ,对我院 1997～ 1998年老年糖尿病 2 40例中发生低血糖反应 41例进行了原因分析 ,提出预防措施。

Drug induced hypoglycemia is a common side effect in elderly patients with diabetes. During the treatment decreasing blood glucose and often leads to serious result. Due to its atypical clinical presentation and not being timely corrected to strengthen the nurses ability of differentiating and prophyseying hypoglycemia in elderly diabetes patients, we analysed the causes of 41 cases with hypoglycemia in 240 inpatients with diabetes during 1997~1998 and made a suggestion of prophylactic methods.
