自我决定理论在老年科护士培训中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 自我决定理论是由美国心理学家德西和瑞恩等在20世纪80年代提出的一个动机理论。该理论认为人是积极的有机体,具有先天的心理成长和发展的潜能。它引导个体从事感兴趣的、有益于能力发展的行为[1,2]。我科为老年干部病房,收治的病人往往年龄大、病情复杂、要求高,护理任务重,应付日常的护理工作花费了护士大量的精力,培训考核护士往往认为是额外负担,积极性不大,满意度不高。为了改变这种现状,我科于2009年8月开始采用基于自我决定理论的护士自愿培训计划,取得良好效果。现报道如下。
