人工气道气囊压力管理研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 带囊气管导管在临床上应用越来越广泛,它的使用可以减少漏气,从而减少更换气管导管的几率并保证正常的吸入潮气量;减少误吸,从而减少呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的发生;此外还可以使呼吸末二氧化碳、潮气量、肺顺应性的监测更加准确[1]。带囊气管导管广泛应用的同时,正确管理气囊也成为国内外学者的研究焦点,笔者从气囊内压力影响因素、气囊充气方式、压力评估方式等方面进行综述,现归纳如下。
