摘要 内陆干旱区河流生态环境平衡的维系与河流水量密切关联,"清水不下河"的水电开发方式,不改变河流水资源总量,工程引水发电带来的河流水文情势变化是诱发工程影响河段河流生态环境变化的主要因素。以新疆盖孜河盖孜水电站为例,根据工程调度运行方式,分析了此类型工程运行期环境影响作用因素及影响状况。 The river water amount has been significant influencing watershed ecological conditions in inland arid region , as watershed ecological conditions commonly impacted by the reducing river water as hydropower project implemented. The paper first briefed the innovative hydropower development technology, so called Clean Water Discharge Prohibition ,which poses the advantages in minor influence in river water amount. Further, the author presented the case study the environmental impacts affected by water diversion and project operation control from such technology detailing.
