摘要
简要地回顾了电解电容器的发展历程,分析了各种电子照明类电力电子电路中高压电解电容器的工作状态及对电解电容器性能的要求;阐述了带有功率因数校正的电力电子电路中电解电容器的工作状态不在以滤除100Hz及其谐波分量的电流为主,而是主要滤除功率因数校正电路和逆变器所产生的交流电流分量为主;现在国产高压电解电容器仍以100Hz的参数为设计依据设计的高压电解电容器将不适应带有功率因数校正的电力电子线路。最后提出了高压电解电容器的发展趋势:高频低阻、可承受更高的纹波电流。
The development history of the high-voltage capacitor was briefly reviewed firsdy. Working condition and performance requirement of the high-voltage capacitor employed in various power electronic circuits for electrical lighting was also analyzed. The working condition of electrolytic capacitor utilized in power electronic circuit with PFC function is mainly focusing on filtering out the current of alternating component generated by PFC inverter, not the 100Hz and its harmonic component current. At present, the high-voltage electrolytic capacitor made in China is still designed and manufactured at the standard of 100Hz, which no longer fit for power electronic circuit with PFC function. Finally, the development trend of the high-voltage electrolytic capacitor was put forward with low resistance at high frequent and endurability of higher ripple current.
