摘要 分析了双余度永磁同步电机(PMSM)的结构形式,结合正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM)技术与转子磁场定向控制(FOC)技术,提出了一种双余度PMSM用逆变器的空间矢量调制(DR-SVPWM)方法。以双余度PMSM模型为基础,在Matlab仿真软件的Simulink环境下结合S函数构建了基于DR-SVPWM的双余度PMSM伺服系统仿真模型。通过试验得到了DR-SVPWM控制方式下绕组相电流波形,分析了DR-SVPWM驱动下双余度PMSM的动态响应性能。由仿真与试验结果可见,所提出的DR-SVPWM矢量控制策略实时性强,适合于双余度PMSM伺服系统的控制。 The structure for dual redundant permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was analyzed. Based on the sine pulse-width modulation (SPWM) and field oriented control (FOC) algorithm, a novel control method of the DR-SVPWM for dual redundant PMSM was presented. Based on the mathematic model of PMSM, a servo-model of dual redundant PMSM was established used the S-function and the algorithm of DR-SVPWM in MATLAB-Simulink. Via experiment, the results of phase current waveform of dual redundant PMSM were drawn and the dynamic response behavior of the motor driven by the method of DRSVPWM was analyzed. The results of the simulation and experiment verified that the DR-SVPWM method could simplify the control system of dual redundant PMSM and has a better control stability.
