摘要
目的:了解在桩核修复中3种不同树脂粘接系统粘接应用后不同时间水侵袭条件下牙冠周的边缘微渗漏情况。方法:选用90颗上颌单根管牙,进行完善根管治疗后随机分为3组:DULINK、DCCORE和LUXACORE树脂粘接系统进行纤维桩核修复,每组样本分别采用1周和6个月水侵袭后进行染色法实验观察冠周微渗漏情况。结果:3种树脂粘接使用后冠周边缘均出现边缘微渗漏现象,DCCORE树脂粘接系统的样本和其余两种树脂粘接剂样本冠周微渗漏情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),DULINK树脂粘接剂和LUXACORE树脂粘接剂统计数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,长时间的水侵袭对冠周微渗漏状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用DCCORE树脂粘接系统在冠方微渗漏方面显示优越性,其样本冠边缘微渗漏最小。而长时间的水侵袭后,3种树脂粘接剂样本冠边缘微渗漏都无明显改变,说明无咬合条件下的水侵袭老化实验对树脂粘接剂的性能并无显著影响。
Objective: To evaluate the microleakage of the post-core restorations with three resin bond systems after different water invasion.Methods: A total of 90 teeth were randomly divided into three groups.Three resin bond systems were used respectively to bond fiber-posts after root canals were prepared with usual methods.After different water invasion,the assessment of the coronal microleakage was done.Results: There was microleakage between canal dentin and three resin bond systems.The coronal microleakages between three resin bond systems were significantly different.In addition,the long term invasion has little effect on coronal microleakage.Conclusion: DCCORE showed the least microleakage compared with the other two.Simply a long period water invasion had little effect on coronal microleakage.
