摘要
介绍了西京医院图书馆开展学科化服务的实践过程,从制定不同服务策略、加强图书馆资源利用及图书馆员综合素养和技能培训方面,提出了改进医院学科化服务的措施。
After the practical process of subject service in Xijing Hospital Library was introduced, measures for improving subject service were put forward from the aspects of working out different service tactics and enforcing the training of access to resources in library and the comprehensive literacy and skills of librarians.
