鼻前庭径路鼻内窥镜上颌窦手术40例报告

Maxillary sinus nasendoscopy by the nasal vestibule entry: With a report of 40 cases

目的 :研究新的鼻内窥镜上颌窦手术径路。方法 :采用鼻前庭径路鼻内窥镜上颌窦手术治疗鼻息肉、囊肿、慢性化脓性鼻窦炎 40例、46侧病变窦腔。结果 :随访 6个月～ 2年 ,46侧病变治愈 38侧、好转 8侧 ,有效率 1 0 0 % ,无手术并发症。结论 :本术式可作为鼻内窥镜上颌窦手术一种新的手术进路 ,具有术野清晰 ,明视下操作方便 ,去除病变彻底 ,有利于恢复鼻窦的解剖与生理功能。

Objective:To recommend a new entry for maxillary sinus endoscopy.Method:Forty cases(46 sides of sick maxillary sinus)with polyp or cyst or chronic suppurative inflammation were treated by maxillary sinus endoscopy through nasal vestibule.Results:After 6 months to 2 years follow-up,38 cases were cured,8 were better without complication,and the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:This opeation is new with short entry,a little trauma and a clear field of operation vision.This method is fit to retain the anatomy and physiological action of paranasal sinus.
