成牙本质细胞在牙感觉传导中作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 成牙本质细胞(OD)在牙髓组织中位置特殊,具有独特的细胞形态学特征,处于牙髓组织感受外界对牙齿刺激的最前沿。但目前OD在牙感觉传导中的作用及机制尚不清楚。初步研究发现,OD细胞膜上表达机械/温度敏感的瞬时感受器电位(TRP)、Na+、K+、Ca2+通道,具有初级纤毛等感觉相关细胞器。这些离子通道以及初级纤毛可能共同参与了OD的感觉传导过程,因此本文现将最近相关研究做一综述。
