理工科院校英语专业在科技英语翻译教学方面有着独特的优势,教师在教学中应充分利用这些有利条件,注重学生基本技能的训练,注意培养学生的理性思维和逻辑意识,采用多媒体辅助教学和任务型教学法,为社会培养复合型的外语人才。
English majors in colleges of science and engineering enjoy distinctive advantages in the teaching of science and technology English translation, which teachers shouId capitalize on. Besides, teachers should pay attention to the students＇ basic language skill training, develop their rational thinking and logic consciousness, and adopt multimedia-aided teaching method and task-based approach, all of which are required by the development of English inter-disciplinary talents.
