科技英语专业教学改革探索

本文介绍了我院科技英语专业教学改革的经验,指出各高校应根据市场需要和自身的条件将英语与其它专业接合,拓宽学生的知识面和职业技能,培养实用性、复合型英语人才,使学生能够平衡好专业课学习和英语课学习之间的关系,达到英语能力够强、专业知识够用,并为他们未来的职业发展打好基础。

Teaching reform of scientific ＆ technological English program preformed in Foreign Language School of Wuhan Polytechnic is introduced. The combination of English language learning and other disciplines study shall be in line with the market demand and conditions of the school, so as to expand students＇ scope of knowledge, improve their professional skills, and make them into practical and inter-disciplinary talents. Balance time and resource invested in English learning and other disciplines study to make the students acquire adequate professional skill and English ability for their future career.
