摘要
目的 :观察以大网膜为血管蒂瓣空肠延长后的组织学和超微结构变化。方法 :在建立实验动物模型的基础上 ,取延长肠段进行组织切片和超薄切片 ,分别在光镜和电镜下观察肠壁粘膜和平滑肌细胞的变化。结果 :延长后的肠段粘膜和平滑肌细胞结构与正常对照肠段相同。结论
Objective:To investigate the morphological change of intestinal segments elongated using greater omentum as vascular pedicle.Methods:After creation of animal model,intestinal segments were obtaied for light and electron microscopic study.Results:Under the light and electron microscopy,the structures of the intestine mucosa and smooth muscle cells were similar to that of the control group (isolated bowel segment and Thiry Vella loop).Conclusion:The bowel elongation technique using omentum as vascular pedicle is feasible.
