民主革命时期中国共产党对外党际交流的意义及历史经验

The Significance and Historical Experience of the CPC's External Inter-party Exchange in the Period of Democratic Revolution

对外党际交流不同于政党外交,更不同于政府外交。中国共产党诞生后,因较长时间未获得合法地位及局部执政的限制,无条件从事外交活动,党际交流就成为中共处理对外关系的主要途径,因而,它也成为促进中国革命胜利的重要因素之一。民主革命时期中共的对外党际交流留下了许多宝贵的经验。

The external inter-party exchange is different from party diplomacy, and more from government＇ s di- plomacy. It played an important role as its unique function in the history of Chinese new-democratic revolution. After the founding of the CPC, because China didn＇ t obtain legal status for a long time and the constrains from lo- cal governance, China had no condition to engage in diplomatic activities and inter-party exchange had become the CPC＇ s main way of handling external relations. Therefore, it had also become one of the important factors to pro- mote the victory of Chinese revolution. The CPC＇ s external inter-party exchange during the period of the demo- cratic revolution left lots of valuable experience.
