抗乙肝病毒靶点研究新进展

The progress in anti-hepatitis B targets

慢性乙型肝炎是严重威胁人类的一种慢性感染性疾病,目前,虽然临床上对乙肝的治疗有一定的进展,但临床上存在的因病毒变异而导致的耐药问题,仍无法解决,大大限制了抗病毒药物的使用,对治疗带来一定的困难,因此研究新的抗病毒靶点对今后抗病毒治疗有很大意义。本文着重介绍了最新抗病毒靶点的研究进展。

Chronic hepatitis B （CHB） is a serious chronic infectious danger to humans. Although it has some progress in the treatment of CHB on clinical recently, but it is still a great problem and can not be solved that the virus mutation cause clinical resistance, which greatly limits the use of antiviral drugs and brings some difficulties to the treatment. So the study of new antiviral targets is great significance for future antiviral treatment. This paper describes an overview of the progress in the anti-hepatitis B targets.
