摘要
目的建立一种对发酵提取物中含卤有机化合物的快速定性检测方法。方法以改良的Beilsten法对含卤和不含卤的有机化合物纯品及发酵液提取物进行焰色反应,观察是否有阳性现象——绿色火焰呈现;同时研究了该法的检测基限和氯化钠对检测的干扰。结论改良的Beilsten法适用于对含氯、溴、碘元素有机物的定性检测,其对卤元素的检测基限可达到微克级;通过适当的发酵液提取方式降低无机卤素的干扰后,该法可有效检测发酵提取物中含卤有机化合物。
Objective To develope a simple and qualitative approach for preliminary identification on organo- halogen compounds in broth extracts. Method Modified Beilstein test, characterized as a green flame caused by burning the positive samples with copper oxide, was accomplished to several compounds and fermentation broth extracts either with or without organo-halogen. The detection limit of the halogen and confounding factor were also investigated. Conclusion The detection limit could reach microgram halogen on modified Beilstein test, which is satisfied for the qualitative detection of organic compounds containing chlorine, bromine and iodine. This approach could be expected to screen the halogen compounds from fermentation broth extracts effectively as the confounding factor of inorganic halogen was properly treated.
