摘要
国际化创新型外语人才的培养目标对高校教学管理提出了新的要求。本文依照《高等学校教学管理要点》,从教学过程、教学评估、教师教育、教学环境等8个方面提出了与培养国际化创新型外语人才相适应的教学管理模式的设想。
The objectives of instructing internationalized and innovative workforce pose new challenges to the present models of teaching administration in higher education. This paper explores eight topics under the rubric of new models of teaching administration, including teaching process, teaching evaluation, teacher education, teaching environ- ment, etc. , which are key terms in Essentials of Teaching Administration for Higher Education.
