围绝经期妇女社区卫生服务需求及利用情况分析

目的分析邯郸市围绝经期妇女社区卫生服务需求及利用情况。方法查阅相关资料,采用问卷调查方法,内容关于围绝经期妇女保健需求、社区卫生服务需求与利用情况。结果围绝经期妇女对社区卫生服务有强烈需求,疾病诊断与治疗、定期全面查体和健康咨询排在前3位,分别占84.00%、95.00%、81.00%。而首选社区卫生服务者仅占调查人数的36%。结论需要完善社区卫生服务机构的职能建设,加强社区卫生服务机构的基础建设,为围绝经期妇女提供便捷、经济、有效和贴近生活的卫生服务。

Objective To investigate the demand and utilization of peri-menopausal women about Community health service institutions in handan city.Methods By means of accessing to relevant information and a questionnaire investigation were conducted. The investigation were about perimenopausal women＇s health needs and community health service needs and utilization. Results Perimenopausal women had a strong demand for community health services.Disease diagnosis and treatment, regular and comprehensive examination,health advisory were the top three. They accounted for 84.00%. 95.00%. 81.00%.Preferred community health services accounted for only 36% of those surveyed.Conclusion Improving the functions of the community health service institutions, and strengthening the infrastructure of the community health service institutions, were the need to provide convenient, economical and effective, life and health services for women in the perimenopausal period.
