On the Right to Internet Cultural Discourse in University Ideological and Political Education

大学生思想政治教育要适应社会信息化发展的新特点,积极主动占领网络文化阵地,不断提升网络文化话语权,注重熟识网络领域的文化话语、分析网络领域的文化话语、创新网络领域的文化话语、传播网络领域的文化话语和调控网络领域的文化话语。当前,提升大学生思想政治教育网络文化话语权必须加强网络信息技术建设,增强网络文化话语设置自觉,促进网络文化话语广泛传播,主动参与网络文化话语交锋和提高网络思想政治教育话语能力。

Ideological and political education for university students should adapt to the new so- cial development in information technology. It should occupy the network cultural front proac-tively and keep on raising its own voice in the Internet culture. Emphases should be put on get-ting familiarized with the Internet cultural discourse, and much has to be done in analyzing, inno-vating, spreading and controlling the Internet cultural discourse. To achieve these goals, great efforts should be made in the following areas： construction of network information technology, design of Internet cultural discourse, wide spread of Internet cultural discourse, active participa-tion in discourse confrontation in Internet culture, and improvement of the discourse effectiveness of online ideological and political education.
