摘要
以某型三元流闭式整体叶轮叶间流道的数控电火花加工为例,分析其复杂闭式流道的可加工性,继而进行工具电极及其加工运动轨迹设计,并探讨了减小因摇动补偿造成加工误差的方法。以UG二次开发的CAD/CAM模块为设计工具,提出一种新的工具电极设计方法,并在四轴联动数控电火花加工机床上完成了具有闭式复杂流道零件的加工试制,验证了设计方法的可行性。
Taking the flow channel in a closed integral impeller processing by numerically con- trolled electrical discharge machining (NC--EDM) for instance, by analyzing manufacturability of the flow passage among the impeller and machining areas partition, a method of electrode design was presented based on equal discharging gap hypothesis as well as its machining moving path with meth- od for reducing the processing errors caused by electrode orbiting discussed. This method for desig- ning electrodes was proposed by employing CAD/CAM module of Unigraphics redevelopment, whose feasibility was verified on a four--axis NC--EDM machine by trial--manufacturing a closed integral impeller with complex flow passage.
