摘要 交流电磁场检测试验台用于验证交流电磁场检测技术的原理,优化海上平台交流电磁场检测系统设计和探讨缺陷定量评估。为此,构建了交流电磁场检测试验台。该检测试验台由函数发生器、功率放大器、检测探头、数据采集器、典型缺陷试样、电动平移台、步进电动机驱动器、PLC及计算机组成。在LabVIEW开发环境下,通过串口通信函数与PLC串口通信,实现了检测扫描的运动控制,通过DAQ助手实现了数据采集的控制;采用生产者/消费者模式实现了检测扫描运动和数据采集的同步控制,为交流电磁场检测试验提供了便利。 The alternating current magnetic field (ACFM) detection test bench is used to verify the principle of the ACFM de-tection technology, optimize the design of offshore platform ACFM detection system and explore the failure quantitative evaluation. The test bench consists of function generator, power amplifier, testing probe, data collector, typical failure sample, electric translational platform, stepping motor driver, PLC and computer. The motion control of detection scanning has been achieved through serial commu-nication function and PLC serial communication in the LabVIEW development environment. The data collection control has been a- chieved through the DAQ assistant. Adoption of the producer-consumer mode achieves the synchronous control of scanning motion mo-nitoring and data collection, which provides the convenience for ACFM detection test.
