摘要
针对常规气举管柱对腐蚀结垢等复杂油藏适应性较差的问题,研究了防腐防垢及气举一体化完井管柱。该管柱通过配套多级化学注入阀实现不同种类化学药剂的深井注入,可减轻井筒腐蚀、结垢和结蜡程度,从而有效延长气举管柱有效期,同时减少井筒热洗次数;通过集成坐放短节及钢丝滑套,拓展了一体化管柱功能,可实现热洗保护油层;配套井下安全阀,使气举井能自动关闭,当地面井口装置失效时,可避免发生人员伤亡、井喷和环境污染等恶性事故。中东某油田11口井的应用结果表明,防腐防垢及气举一体化完井管柱下入顺利,封隔器坐封、验封正常,安全阀及化学注入阀打开、关闭压力符合设计要求,管柱施工成功率100%。
The conventional gas lift string is used only for completion production, but the nature of crude oil and the quality of produced water in some gas lift wells produce problems for gas lift string, such as corrosion, scaling and wax deposition. This will seri-ously affect the production of gas lift well and the valid period of string. Therefore, research on the anticorrosion and antiscale gas lift completion string was carried out. It focuses on the development of chemical agent injection tool and large-size gas lift tool, achieving the integration of the production string' s gas lift safety production and anticorrosion and antiscale functions by providing the matching downhole safety valve. The field application of the string to 11 wells in a certain oil field in the Middle East does not cause any prob- lem. The packer has a smooth setting and the string performance is reliable.
