摘要
针对常规多级分注管柱在深井中应用时存在管柱蠕动、封隔器解封起钻拉力大、作业风险高以及洗井困难等问题,研制了深井多级分注工艺管柱。这种管柱主要由非金属水力锚、Y344低解封力封隔器、桥式偏心配水器、预置工作筒和球座及眼管总成等组成,具有防蠕动、解封洗井和可重复坐封等优点。管柱于2011年在长庆油田现场应用5口井,最大井深2 975 m,最大分注级数4级,封隔器验封合格率100%,解封洗井作业顺利,可重复液压坐封,施工成功率100%,为深井多级分注提供了有效的工艺技术手段。
There exist such problems as string creeping, big pull in packerg unsetting and tripping out, high operating risk and difficulty in well flushing. Therefore, the multistage separate injection technological string for deep wells was developed. The string mainly consists of non-metal hydraulic anchor, Y344 packer with a low unsetting force, bridge eccentric water regulator, preset work-ing barrel, ball seat and perforated string assembly. It has the strengths of anti-creeping, unsetting and well flushing, and repeatable setting. The string was applied to 5 wells on the spot in Changqing Oilfield, with the maximum well depth being 2 975 m, the maximum separate injection stage number being 4 and the sealing check qualification rate of the packer being 100%. The unsetting and flushing operation is smooth and the hydraulic setting can be repeated, with a 100% operating success rate. The study offers the effective tech- nological method for separate injection of deep wells.
