摘要
新型无级差套管滑套作为低渗油气藏、薄油层、页岩气和煤层气等非常规油气储层增产改造的关键工具,在油田增产增效方面具有较大的优势。主要介绍了国外无级差压裂技术配套的套管滑套的结构、原理与应用情况,阐述了其具有施工流程简单、费用低廉、压裂级数不受限制、管柱保持通径、生产后期可对滑套选择性关闭等诸多特点,以期为国内非常规油气藏的增产改造技术及配套工具研制提供参考与技术支撑。同时指出,无级差套管滑套国产化应着眼于工具结构可靠、工艺简单、耐高温高压、操作智能化等方向进行研究。
As the key tool for yield increase of unconventional reservoirs such as low-permeability reservoir, thin interbed reser-voir, shale gas, coal bed methane, the new stepless casing sliding sleeve has its great strength in yield and efficiency enhancement in oilfields. The paper mainly introduces the structure, principle and application of casing sleeve for the stepless fracturing in foreign coun-tries. It expounds the characteristics of the sleeve, such as simple construction procedure, low costs, no restriction of fracture series, path retention of string and selective closure of sleeve in the later stage of production. The study is intended to provide the reference and technological support for the yield technology and the development of matching tools in China' s unconventional reservoirs. Meanwhile, it is pointed out that the localization of the sleeve in China should focus on such aspects as reliable tool structure, simple technology, high temperature and high pressure resistance, and intelligent operation.
